These ratings for listeners aged 6 and up are for entertainment purposes only. They do not necessarily reflect the the ratings that transactional decisions are based on. If anyone can provide demographic ratings for radio or television in any Oregon market, please email oregonmedia gmail [dot] com and we'll publish what ratings services allow. Thank you!
That said, here are some of the movements in P6+:
- KXL (750) came within half a point of KEX (1190) as the news and Lars bumped out Savage.
- Z100 (KKRZ) is rising while Jammin (107.5 KXJM) and The Buzz (105.1 KRSK) are falling.
- KNRK (94.7) moved ahead of KUFO (101.1).
- The Wolf (99.5 KWJJ) leaped ahead of KUPL (98.7), which fell back to pre-holiday levels. How is KUPL's new morning show doing?
- K103 (103.3 KKCW), KGON (92.3), The Brew (105.9 KFBW), Charlie (97.1 KYCH), The Fish (104.1 KFIS) and KPAM (860) returned to pre-holiday levels, while Oldies (106.7 KLTH) made only a partial recovery.
- KINK (101.9) is treading water at a historically low rating.
History: Summer to December 2009, Fall 2008 to Summer 2009.

(This story was originally published on December 1, 2009 at 3:02 pm.)
KXJM ("Jammin" 107.5) has canceled Portland-based morning show The Playhouse, which was syndicated from the station's studios. The program's website, radioplayhouse.com, now redirects to jammin1075.com. More to come.
Update (12/1, 4:51 pm): The Playhouse can now be found at playhousedemo.com.
Update (12/2, 9:57 am): The voice of Dreena Gonzalez was heard this morning instead of The Playhouse. Gonzalez is voicetracked out of Clear Channel's KYLD San Francisco and is normally heard on Jammin afternoons.
Update (12/2, 4:34 pm): From a message on producer Ivan Trujillo's Facebook page:
Hey Party People, The Playhouse has been cancelled on Jammin 107.5. But we'll be back in early 2010 with a new Portland OR home! Till then continue to hear us on Fresno's Q97! Thanks for all the love and support! Keep checking back for my latest updates! Peace! -PH Producer Ivan-
Q97 (KSEQ) doesn't advertise an online stream on its website, but it does host Playhouse TV.

OMC has confirmed that Program Director Chris Patyk is no longer employed at Alpha Broadcasting in Portland. Notable on Patyk's watch was the move of The Rick Emerson Show from KCMD (970) to KUFO (101.1) in March of this year. Since 2007, Patyk programmed KCMD, KUFO, and, until this August, KXJM (107.5).
Emerson has hosted his show in various forms on various Portland stations since 1997, all on AM radio until his most recent move to KUFO. Also featured on the show are producer Sarah X Dylan, Tim Riley with news, and production assistant Greg Nibler, who is also a weekend host with the station.
OMC has not definitively confirmed any further news regarding The Rick Emerson Show or Patyk's replacement as PD.
UPDATE (10/21, 5:04 am): A 26-year radio veteran known professionally as Ditch will replace Patyk as KUFO's program director. He was most recently the afternoon DJ at classic rock KGB San Diego for five years. Before then, he was assistant program director and music director at classic rock KILO Colorado Springs.
