A1 Bulgaria launches ‘SAP Business One’ ERP platform

A1 Bulgaria started offering SAP Business One , a complete ERP (enterprise resource planning) platform designed by SAP specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. The system supports the management, automation and optimisation of key business activities in each organisation. Among the processes that can be managed with the platform are: accounting and finance, procurement, warehouse management, customer relationship management (CRM), sales and service, production and planning, project management and others.

A1 offers Software as a Service with a monthly subscription, saving companies the initial investment for licences, server infrastructure and implementation consulting services. The ability to reschedule all components of the service provides flexibility and confidence to customers that the system is protected and maintained professionally in a certified data centre of A1 Bulgaria in Sofia. The software is localised, meets the requirements of Bulgarian legislation and is translated into Bulgarian.

With SAP Business One from A1, company managers have analytical data about the business, available from anywhere and at any time by authorised users and have the opportunity to make informed decisions about the development of the company they manage.

The implementation is performed by highly qualified SAP consultants from the A1 SAP Competence Center. Customers can choose from three types of SAP Business One licenses – Professional, Starter and Mobile, which determine which modules the user will have access to and what is included in the service. With a Professional user, customers get full access to the system. A Starter user is best suited for companies that have up to 5 users on the system. The third option, Mobile, gives business customers access to the SAP B1 Sales / CRM / and Service mobile applications.

SAP Business One is SAP ‘s most widely used ERP software, deployed in more than 75,000 companies in more than 170 countries around the world. It differs from SAP systems aimed at large corporations in that it’s available in the form of modules of the LEGO blocks type. This allows companies to choose the licences and functionalities that are necessary for their activities and upgrade according to the pace of business development.
