On Wednesday, October 14 at 2 pm EST, is the second session, “Unconscious Bias: Putting Prejudice in Check.” In this webinar you will discover how unconscious bias can negatively impact your team, clients, and organization, and what to do about it.
On Wednesday, October 21 at 2pm EST, King is presenting the session, “Empathy and Allyship: Allies are Important.” This session explores empathy as the bridgeway to allyship, and why every workplace culture needs allies in the corporate structure.
On Wednesday, October 28 at 2pm EST, is the fourth session, “The Bottom Line: DEI and the Impact on Brand Reputation.” King explains where some major brands went wrong with their DEI strategy, or lack of one, and then explains how an inclusive workforce boosts your bottom line and organization’s reputation.
Finally, On Tuesday, November 10 at 2pm EST, we end the diversity and inclusion in the workplace series with the session, “Understand Microaggressions and Why They Matter.” During this session participants learn about different types of microaggressions, review some real-life workplace scenarios, and learn how to be better allies in the workplace.
