In July 2020, the Platform to Business Regulation (EU) 2019/1150
(“P2B Regulation”)—aiming to promote fairness and
transparency for business users of online platforms and search
engines—became applicable in European Union member states
and, as a result of the Brexit transition, the United Kingdom. In
